Forks Fire responded to a structure fire on Uhler Road.  Arriving units found the side roof peak involved in flames swept by 40+ mph winds.  Fire rapidly spread across the ridge of the roof and quickly engulfed the entire structure.  Crews contained the fire from spreading to other exposed structures. Lower Mt. Bethel and Plainfield Fire Departments also responded and assisted with operations.  Power lines within 2 feet of the roof peak, blowing into the barn causing arcing was the suspected cause and origin of the fire.
