Forks Fire responded to a dwelling fire on Hoops Lane. The single family home was fully engulfed in flames as crews arrived. A family of 5 escaped the fire safely. Palmer Township Fire Department and Tatamy Fire Company firefighters responded and worked to extinguish the fire with Forks crews. Firefighters worked to quickly bring the fire under control while protecting two adjacent homes. Firefighters also worked through temperatures in the single-digits.Crews had the fire under control within 30 minutes.
